F. Felice de Miranda, President e Legal Representative

Born in Milan in 1955, graduated in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1980, he obtained a Baccalaureate in Theology and has been a priest of the Camillian Order since 1998. From 2015 to date, he manage control and technical consulting activities in engineering for the Association. He was a member of Salute e Sviluppo’s Board of Directors for the three-year period 2017-2020 and he is currently its President and Legal Representative. In the Camillian Order he was responsible for several communities from 2004 to 2017. Currently he is also a member of the General Council of the Order.

B.José Ignacio Santaolalla Sàez, Vice-President

Born in Burgos (Spain) in 1966, he graduated in Business Administration at the University of Madrid and is currently the Vice President of Salute e Sviluppo. Since 2017 he has been a member of Salute e Sviluppo’s Board of Directors and he is still the Vice President. In the Camillian Order he has held several senior positions of responsibility including as President of LARES Andalucía (Andalusian Association of Homes and Services for the Elderly) , President of the National Lares Federation based in Madrid and founder and President of the Foundation “Vita Abbondante” always in Madrid. Since 2014 he is also the legal representative of the “Casa Generalizia”, as well as Treasurer General and responsible for the animation of the Order’s missions.

B. Carlo Mangione, Secretaty

Born in Vittoria (RG) in 1965, graduated professional nurse is currently general manager of the hospital “Santa Maria della Pietà” in Casoria (NA). Since 2021 he is a member of the Board of Directors of Salute e Sviluppo of which he is the Secretary. In the Camillian Order he held several top roles in the Sicilian Province of the Order and he is currently a member of its Provincial Council.

F. Efisio Locci

Born in Escalaplano (NU) in 1936, he was the founder of salute e Sviluppo and President in charge from September 9th 1996 to September 14th, 2021. He is currently a member of SeS Board of Directors.

Mrs. Mariella Oggioni

Born in Turin in 1952. After 18 years of experience at Rizzoli Editore, Grandi Opere direct sales agency, in the role of management secretary and credit recovery officer, she moved to Edizioni Camilliane, first as deputy director and then as Director with editorial and management responsibility for the Company, until her retirement in 2014. As part of his assignment, she has also managed some training session for the “Pastorale della Salute” , organizing accredited courses ECM and conferences (about 10 per year) for all internal and external personnel. He also assumed editorial responsibility for Camillian Magazine with a monthly circulation of 20,000 copies. In the field of international development cooperation, she has carried out numerous field missions in several countries, including Armenia, China, Georgia, Haiti, Kenya and Thailand.
